I really love the service and environment. Lynn demonstrated impressive knowledge on skin care. She was very thorough with her assessment and education on treatment, maintenance, and prevention. I really like how she took the time to ask me what my concerns were and developed an intervention that corresponded to my goals. I was very happy with the results after only one treatment. I noticed that my skin appeared more radiant, even, smooth, and firm the next day. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this facility to anyone wishing to delay the progression of aging of the skin or for those who are presently dissatisfied with the appearance and health of their skin.

Love this place, from the customer service to the deco each visit is always amazing. I have received numerous compliments on my skin since getting my facials with Karolina. Amazing experience, I highly recommend it. I use the Biophora skin line ... it is amazing !! I have tried the Environ exfoliator which was excellent as well. I have gotten the IPL laser hair removal and am beyond impressed with the results!! Always a lovely experience.

I had a facial done and I felt so comfortable. I didn’t feel like anyone was judging me and my skin did not get too irritated. Sometimes it may be hard going to new spas, but everyone was very friendly and inviting. The room made me feel comfortable and the whole service was calming.

I had a great experience. The spa offers great skin services within a decent price range. The staff were very knowledgeable about laser treatments and made me feel very comfortable with the procedure. Even after the treatment was done, they gave me many tips on how to take care of my skin and what to avoid. I have seen great results so far and would recommend it for sure!

Highly recommend this place. Karolina was extremely helpful and went above and beyond her way to make sure my emergency acne situation was under control. She gave me a facial and had me follow up 3 more times at no cost just to make sure everything was OK. She even came in outside store hours to do so! Very impressed. Not only was she helpful, she's also very friendly. I will definitely come back and would not trust anyone else for my skin care!

After reading all of the rave reviews about South Shore Spa online, I decided to bite the bullet and booked a facial with Karolina. I drove 25 minutes and let me tell you, it was WORTH THE DRIVE! The spa is located right across from the water and has free parking along both sides of Bronte Road. I was greeted immediately by Lynn who offered me a warm cup of tea which was welcoming on such a frigid day. After a few minutes, I had an opportunity to meet with Karolina who was the most wonderful and down-to-earth aesthetician I've ever met. She took the time to discuss what my particular skin concerns were and walked me through each step of the facial. Karolina knows skin and is very happy to share her knowledge with her clients. She designed a custom skincare regiment for a lazy full-time mom (ME!) and was so personable! I walked out of there with glowing skin and felt so refreshed. Hands down, the best facial I've ever had. Don't take my word for it, go see Karolina!

I have been going to South Shore for some time now. The service level, knowledge and customization of treatments to the clients needs/wishes is beyond par excellence. I have had so many off the cuff compliments on my skin (from total strangers!) since going to South Shore Spa...this speaks to the results of professional treatments expertly recommended. I cannot praise this medi-spa high enough....in my opinion, based on results, they are simply "Off the Charts!

I just had a facial last night and my skin today feels and looks amazing! I have very sensitive skin so facials usually scare me, but Lynn took great care to ensure my skin was responding well to anything put on it. I didn't even need to put makeup on today - a really big deal for me! Professional staff, excellent quality products and AMAZING service!

I met with Lynn Nguyen; great knowledge on laser for dark spots and sun damage… and very hospitable to make you feel right at home. I totally recommend her and the spa to anyone who would love to experience professional services. The ambiance is special as is the staff and services! A must go-to.

Up until recently I did not care about my nails and skin. After meeting Karolina and Lynn, I am a firm believe in the care of my nails and skin. In fact, the medical pedicure prevented an ingrown toenail which could have been a serious problem given all the sports that I do. Through facials my skin has become clear and free from dry redness. The spa has excellent skin care products. I cannot believe the cleanliness and attention to details that these specialists provide. We are so lucky to have this spa at the shores
