Booking Your Appointment:

Please directly phone , e-mail or use The Shores Skin Clinic website’s appointment option (https://tsskinclinic.ca/contact/) to book your preferred appointment or consultation time. The Clinic unfortunately does not accept customer drop-ins, and only recognizes pre-booked appointments or consultations.

Deposit Policy:

In order to ensure our customers preferred appointment times, there is a required $50 non-refundable deposit to be put down at the time of booking. This deposit is part of your treatment cost.

Method of deposit payments accepted via: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Electronic Bank Transfer.

Missed Appointments and Cancellation Policy

As we strive to accommodate every single one of our clients, the Clinic maintains a strict cancellation/no show policy.

On the day of your appointment, we must ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled time. Any late arrivals will result in a shorter appointment and time-lost will not be re-imbursed as it would affect the Clinic’s operating hours.

We fully understand that cancellations may occur, and in circumstances beyond your or our control we will reschedule your existing appointment with no additional charge.

However, if the Clinic has not been given proper notice of a cancellation or time change request 48 hours before the original appointment time, it will result in the loss of the original deposit, with an additional deposit required for scheduling a new appointment.

Our Refund Policy

Any purchased products, services, or packages either used or unused will not be accepted as a return or be eligible for a refund.

If the product you purchased is damaged, there is a 14 day period from time of your purchase that it may be exchanged. Products may also be exchanged if they are unused and unopened in the original packaging within 14 days after purchase.

Gift Cards, Promotions and Specials!

There is no expiry date on gift cards or store credits. However, promotions/specials are subject to expiration dates – please review the promotion/special details for further information.

A physical gift card must be presented at time of payment in order to be redeemed. If there is no physical gift card, the full value of the service rendered will be charged.

Wayspa gift cards may be redeemed for specific services/locations listed on wayspa’s website: https://www.wayspa.com/gift-certificates/

Gift cards may only be redeemed on services offered.
